Christine Morrison lives and works in Stornaway, Isle of Lewis. She studied Intermedia at Edinburgh College of Art and is an alumni of the MFA/MA Art Space and Nature programme at Edinburgh University. Her work is informed by a direct response to her environment, whether that be at sea or on land, through drawing, painting, photography and printmaking. Her recent joint exhibition, Grammar of Wavelength, brought together her responses to travelling by land and sea with writer Ian Stephen. She has recently completed a drawing commission for Bloomsbury which was published in March 2017.
