Booking payment

Your non-refundable deposit should accompany the completed booking form. Payment of the balance is due 2 months before arrival, on receipt of the letter containing further details.

Cancellations

No refunds will be made on cancellation once a payment is made. It is strongly advised that you take out independent insurance including against cancellation. The following is a possible company—Sally Ann Howard at Artscape Travel Services on +44 (0)1722 743 163.

Late bookings

Applications to attend a course within 6 weeks of the start date must be accompanied by the fee in full.

As each course is limited in the number of students attending to maximize on tuition, early booking is strongly recommended.
